Young Filmmakers Program
The Ashes To Films Young Filmmakers Program is specifically for teens impacted by the LA Wildfires.
Teens were selected for the program in July 2025 and recently completed a free, immersive, one-week filmmaking workshop in partnership with the New York Film Academy.
Students also received a $500 micro-grant from Ashes To Films to use towards their films.
These Young Filmmakers will continue to be supported by Ashes To Films as they work on the short films they created during their workshop, and as they create new work.
