HOW IT WORKS

Tell us what you can offer. We match you to our filmmakers’ needs, connect you to one of our filmmaking teams, then it’s action on set.

Share your role, skills, availability, and any gear or space you can provide. Our team pairs your offer with a filmmaker's production plan and schedule. We facilitate intros; productions confirm dates, scope, and expectations. Your help brings the film across the finish line. Then we celebrate and screen the films at the Ashes To Films Festival.

Set safety, insurance, and releases are handled by each production. We share guidelines before you join a set.

Is this paid?

CREW participation is volunteer or in-kind. Some productions may have budget for select roles; we note that case by case.

Can I set my availability?

Absolutely. You control dates and limits. We only match you to shoots that are feasible for you.

What about insurance?

Each production is responsible for its own insurance and releases. We share best-practice guidelines before you accept.
